Winter is coming!
While we (thankfully) don't have to deal with the White Walkers, we do face a very unpredictable winter climate and this can cause all sorts of headaches.
To avoid unnecessary damage and failure of systems, make sure that if your home is unoccupied for any period over winter that the heating is not switched completely off. While its important to save energy, leaving the heating turned on, even at a low level for a few hours a day can prevent a multitude of issues when temperatures drop such as boiler shutdowns and burst pipes.
If you are having any trouble with your heating system or hot water please review the support articles to get it back running again.
Also, remember to be careful around your home, a sudden drop in temperatures can create very slippery surfaces outside without any visible ice.
