Your new home comes with the latest energy efficient heating systems available, and is powered by either a natural gas boiler or air to water heat pump.
Generally, all our new homes have underfloor heating on the ground floor, with radiators on upper floors. Some larger homes have underfloor heating on all floors with no radiators.
In the event that you are having a problem with your heating system, its important to troubleshoot before calling for service to in order to prevent unnecessary call out charges.
Please search our support website for articles that could help you solve the issue, as many problems are minor and can be easily fixed without professional help.
Please also consult the user manual for the equipment that was provided at the time of purchase. If you no longer have this manual, there is a copy available for download on this page.

Remember, if your home has a gas boiler, it must be serviced every 12 months to ensure it performs at peak efficiency.
If you smell gas, then immediately turn off the gas at the meter and call Gas Networks Ireland's emergency number on 1850 20 50 50. Do not switch anything in your home on our off. Exit your home and await further instructions from GNI.
